  I purchased a coffee at this Starbucks while I was working on a few projects. After an hour or so, I left to get my nails done, and returned shortly after. After setting up my work space to continue working, I was approached by one of the Starbucks staff where she told me I "needed to move" (Exact words) because I have not purchased an item from the cafe. I explained to her that I was there earlier and had already purchased coffee. She responded by saying that because I did not have an item in front of me now, that I needed to leave. Highly offended, I purchased some tap water from the cafe as I was not in the mood for anything to eat and/or drink, and continued to work at my station. Thirty minutes later, I was approached by another member in which she explained that water was not a qualifying purchase, and that I needed to purchase something else, in order to secure my seat. I then walked back up in line, and ordered a small snack. Needless to say, I was highly offended, as I am a regular customer of Starbucks and felt pressured and harassed to purchase an item that I did not want at the moment. I am regretful to say that I did not think to get the two women's names, but I will be calling to also make a formal complaint. I am a respectful college student, who is more than able to purchase a cup of coffee. I felt targeting and harassed and was truly upset about the experience.
