  Large Panera that is using technology to speed up service. The part about Panera that is usually a little annoying is when everyone has to bunch up in the back to get your food. This Panera hands out table pagers that tell them where you are sitting. They can locate what table number you are sitting at and bring you the food... Pretty cool. I always enjoy the food at Panera, same great quality.

  I like this location better than some of the other locations in Alexandria. They're not as stingy with their meat. It seems I get more meat when I visit locations in Maryland. And as always, they continue to put the pickle on my sandwich. Guess I made a note in their special instructions comment box for no reason.

  Panera is a decent place to get some quick food. This particular place wasn't bad. The tables needed to be cleaned, like most Panera's. My daughter's food was wrong, but one of the "waiters" made it right and made sure the "cooks" did it. Evidently, the "cooks" didn't believe him, so he took the order back to them and said, again, what it should have been.

  Come here for lunch often since it's in the neighborhood. It can be crowded during popular hours, but if you use the app or rapid-order screens, service is quick. People have complained their customer service is lacking but the people here have always been polite and helpful when I have been.
