  Swing's Coffee Roasters is one of the best coffee joints in the DC area.
  
  This shop is fully equipped with fast wifi, plenty of seating, and a knowledgeable cadre of staff. Their pour over selection regularly rotates and always boasts several good roasts. Swing's roasts all of their own coffee in house. The selection of their bagged coffee rotates along with their pour over selection. They only have one drink size, which isn't as bad as it sounds. I definitely recommend giving Swing's a try.

  They roast their own coffee-and actually do a great job! Very flavorful coffee and not burnt. I got a Zimbabwe AAA pour over and it was delicious. They also have wifi and power plugs.

  Some of the best espresso I've ever tasted! The atmosphere is warm and inviting with an industrial feel. You can see the actual roastery behind the espresso bar. The selection of pastries is great, but you won't find any heavy breakfast items. If you plan to sit and work, my advice is to go early as the minimal seating tends to fill up quickly!
